These terms and conditions apply to bookings of Barlastudden's parking space, made via our booking system Hamnsystem. By booking, you accept our terms and conditions of purchase, rules of procedure and rules of comfort. The terms and conditions apply between Barlastudden ("we") and you as a customer ("you").

• Bookings are made via Hamnsystem and become binding after payment has been made.
• You must be at least 18 years old to book.
• Payment is made directly via Swish with BankID or bank card (Visa/Mastercard).
• All fees are stated in SEK including VAT.
• A booked place is valid for the specified period and is personal.

• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before arrival, and you will receive a 70% refund.
• If cancelled later than 48 hours before arrival, there will be no refund.

• Access is only valid for the booked period.
• You are responsible for following our rules of conduct and order throughout your stay.
• Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, silence applies for everyone's well-being.
• Ballastudden staff have the right to reject guests who violate the rules without refund.

• The electrical outlet is 5 amps and intended for charging - not for operating high-consumption appliances.
• One electrical outlet per vehicle. Misuse may be charged at actual costs.
• Drinking water may not be used for car washing.
• Garbage must be sorted and left in designated containers. Hazardous waste must be left at an environmental station.

• You are responsible for any damage that you or your party causes on site or at the facility.
• Ballastudden is not responsible for theft, damage or lost property.
• The ballast anchor is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.

By using our website and our booking system, you agree that Hamnsystem Sverige AB handles your personal data in accordance with their data protection policy.

The agreement will terminate with immediate effect if:

• The conditions are not followed.
• You or your party disturb other guests or cause damage.
• In such cases, you may be refused entry to the area and liable for compensation.

In the event of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes or similar, the agreement may be terminated. In this case, the fee will be refunded, with the exception of the benefit already received.
